Do parties tend to get fully booked?  I’ll be in London tomorrow and considering the 4pm party but literally won’t know if I can make it until about 30 minutes beforehand.  Is it better to book anyway and then cancel if I can’t make it?

1) How do register for a party? I’m not London based, so would need a few days notice to myself to get logistics sorted.
