Stephen Moffat is definitely better than Russell T Davies… and there was less orchestral accompaniment which was getting annoying in the last few series….
Just watched Dr Who, and was impressed by the first episode, and I think Matt Smith looks like a good replacement for David Tennant. As for the new assistant, yes please…

It was a cracker - think Matt Smith will take the Doctor in a more muscular direction - less brooding than Tennant- loved the new retro TARDIS and Amy is well sexy - Scottish and ginger and sexy…..good combination and the teaser trailer at the end really whets the appetite….
Just watched Dr Who Confidential… I hate to say it be Matt Smith is a more than able replacement for DT…very interesting behind the scene action! Its going to be an interesting 13 episodes!
Having seen all of the previous Doctors, (yes I do remember when it started) I wasn’t sure when they announced Matt Smith as the new Doctor but having watched the first episode and the confidential that followed I have to say they seem to have made a good choice.

Here’s another who remembers the first episode, and like you had reservations about Matt Smith, but he really seems to have taken to the role. I’m not sure about the Amy character, but she’s easy on the eye, and hopefully she’ll maintain the mini skirts.
So with Tiger Woods seeking treatment for sex addiction and various UK clinics coming out offering similar help - do we think this could be a oppertunity for LMP to branch out into - get people to admit they are sex addicts, make them attend a party and hey presto - they are no longer sex addicts - they are now LMP addicts - much healthier…..that’ll be 500 quid plus the price of a party - result…
and as my 4 week cold turkey ends this Saturday - better sign me up as well…..
