This caught my eye earlier - Woman murdered by pissed Elk - gotta be healine of the year

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/8384143.stm

I saw this on the Gnus, if it had happened here she would have been treated on the National Elk Service.

Sorry suffering from LMP withdrawal symptoms.

Sitting here this morning with my right knee blown up like a football after I tripped on a load of uneven block paving as I got back to the car in Milton Keynes last night after yesterdays party I think my LMP party days could be done for the rest of the year as I suspect ligament or cartlidge damage but won’t know till I’ve been the doctors.

That’s not good - sue the arse off the council (or whoever owns it) - compensation for pain and no LMP…...wonder what a lawyer would make of that?
The saving you make by not going to a party divided by the stress and withdrawal symptoms you experience by not being able to attend….reckon you would come out ahead….

Wonder if it will stand up in court? - as opposed to to it standing up at LMP…..

First thing I did when I got home was take pictures of the damage to the left hand and the right knee, didn’t have the camera with me in the car otherwise I would have taken pics of the block paving stones last night.

Not often I cheer Cheslea on (unless her first name is Jewells) but did today as it means their win keeps Tottenham third….

and just watched Is Anyone There? - wonderful little film with a really moving performance from Michael Caine - most actors his age rest on their laurels - he just gets better and better….

And although (in a way) I hate to admit it - Susan Boyle’s version of the Stones Wild Horses - it ain’t Mick - it ain’t even Gram Parson’s….but its still fecking awesome…..she seems to really understand what the song is about and gives it everything…..quite remarkable….

Sorry to hear about your troubles - I am sure the girls will do their best to let you just lie back and enjoy providing you can make it to a party.

From the sound of your knee your signature might have to change to blue/purple/red/green/yellow/black is the colour!!! for a while at least.

Get well soon and if you’d like any particular girls looked after at the Christmas parties please let us know and we’ll pass on your best wishes grin

Thanks Try I’m sure you’ll look after all the girls extremely well.

won’t know what colour the knee is going to be till the swelling goes down nor be able to assess the damage till then I know when I had arthoscopic surgery to repair the cartlidge in my left the last time it took me 9 weeks to recover which is an awfull long time not to be able to kneel before the beauties at LMP and pleasure them.

Well I watched the game this afternoon with my knee elevated and covered with an ice pack, great to see us play so well especially in defence the win made up for the pain.

Oh well - 2-0 against Man U in the Carling Cup - didn’t really expect much else - at least we can concentrate on keeping that 4th place…..
