Looking forward to eating some peaches tomorrow - and it seems my long Northern Exile is finally coming to an end - been extended until January up here and then tranferring to HMRC in Basingstoke - as just can’t face another winter freezing my arse off on the platform - going to be renting a snug little flat down South and working from home as much as I can - so it will be Stevie 2 Flats Bickey…..but only for about 3 months -

Sheffield to Lancaster Gate by train/tube = 3h15m
Basingstoke to Lancaster Gate by car =  40 minutes
Its not coming down that’s the killer - its the walking out of LMP and thinking “its 5.15 - if I’m lucky i’ll be home by 8:30” - now it will be “its 5:15 - home by six via the chinese and bottle of wine and 7 girls shagged” - result…..
