doing the rounds on the internet and i stumbled across a thread on punternet

it seems some people there have taken offense to the price rise and are using the punternet forum to vent their views, while some are simply using the opportunity to tout other parties around

em/moss, i reckon as the establishment you have every right to join up there and defend yourselves

what say you?

I imagine Moss will be asking Em to hold his jacket as we speak - or is it the other way round….the Punternet forum is full of people who love nothing better than to slag off LMP and promote themselves - I doubt anyone will lose any sleep…...

But I bet the ones who are defending it will be denounced as the LMP rentamob…..who always get accussed of being on the payroll - used to read stuff on the board on there but decided that life is too short for all that bollox - at least on here what you see is what you get…..rant over

Thanks for pointing this out but had already seen it. Don’t you know, we have special software that scans the internet and finds any heretics criticising the Glorious Party and when we do, we unleash a specially trained goon squad to wipe them out!!

This attack was not unexpected. The only surprise was that it was so inept!
The reason it was expected was because of the price increase. Whilst others offer bargain basement prices to attract guys, we have shown that people don’t buy on price; they buy, within reason, on quality. Increasing our cost makes them try and attack our quality.

I announced the price increase very publically, not sneaking it in as I have nothing to hide. In today’s climate, if we did not think that the parties offered quality and in order to maintain that quality it was necessary to increase costs, we would not have done so. Ultimately, If we are wrong and people decide to stop attending because it costs £10 an hour more than its goodbye from us!

Joining the Punternet Forum I gave thought to sometime ago. However, as the name suggests, it is for Punters, not SPs. Any SP on there posting about this that or the other is quite simply, Touting. Subtly or not so subtly saying ‘I am an SP, use me. I am not reduced to that.

As for answering threads/ questions like todays, what’s the point? You will never succeed with reasoned debate; these guys are omnipotent behind a screen. People will believe what they want to.  As much as they would like to think, they are not that influential. The ‘Party’ that continually advertises Linzi still does so despite a number of threads, including 1 from Linzi herself, exposing them. Regarding questions, posted on there I assume people want an answer from a guest, punter to punter if you like, not us. If they want it from us, post on here or, radical idea, call or mail us!

I thought the funniest part was when they commented the LMP forum is mostly regulars!!! Given that it’s a forum for a niche market, that’s always going to be the case.

If they checked facts, they should look at the newbie queries thread here, as the advice us “hard-assed, selfish, babe-hogging” regulars ALWAYS give is….come along and JOIN IN

If you’re successful at what you do like LMP there will always be those who post on the likes of the punternet forums to try and discredit you.

The ones who protest the loudest probably don’t have the balls to actually attend an LMP party to see what it is really like so they can stop talking out of their backsides.

And it’s true most of the newbie queries get answered by the regulars saying come along and see for yourself but then that’s just us talking from experience.

Well i joined the punternet forum, just to add my twopennerth, but it did’nt attract a reply from any detractors! Strange? I think all the points were answered or covered somewhere on that thread, but it was a weak argument to start with!
At the end of the day, if your unhappy with the product or the cost, we are the consumers & can vote in the usual way…....with your feet!

Ultimately, we have nothing to fear from idiots like that as we are honest and always try to deliver what we promise so they will always have to invent to slag us off.

as an after thought you are probably right not to go on punternet moss - its just idiots with a vendetta looking for an excuse to try and drag your name down

I went to my local Pret yesterday for my freshly squeezed carrot juice.

The price had increased from £1.80 to £1.89.

The prices of the other Pret products had risen also.

There were a few murmurs of discontent about this but the queue was just as long as normal, if not longer.

I like my carrot juice from Pret as this product is good for me, makes me feel good and I like the way it is served by very friendly people, in a very cool environment and, imho, by some very sexy ladies. Puts a smile on my face first thing in the morning!

When I cannot have my carrot juice on my holy days, I usually pop into Pret (after the morning rush hour) just to say hello to the manager and the girls… and they treat me to some chilled tap water!

The unquantifiable, intangible benefits out way the drab, quantifiable, monetary value.

Do you get what I am saying?
