Bloody desperate for a shag after the lay off having been to a Lap dancing club on Tuesday so had my first 1-2-1 for ages yesterday.

Two hours of awesome fun with a really hot girl - three pops for me and four O’s for her - great time all round.

The really amusing thing is that I signed up one of the Lap dancers as a client on the Tuesday and signed up the hot girl yesterday. Bloody good for business all this networking LOL

Blimey TSM….. you da man! You will earn back the costs in commission and fees!

Does IR35 apply to strippers and working girls? What kind of expenses are they allowed? LOL!

This is quality dude! You should write a book about it one day…. Secret Life of a WG’s Accountant!

I know politics is not allowed on here…. BUT…. bl**dy government treats (in a tax sense) the sex industry better than the IT industry .... I am not allowed to claim for anything any more! I am sure the IT industry generates the same income as the sex industry and both are necessary industries! Rant over!

I’m afraid this is not the case, indeed HMRC strengthened the legislation back along to cover Managed Service Companies, commonly called Umbrella companies.

It is true that Managed Service Companies found a loophole in the existing law but HMRC acted to provide specific and pretty draconian legislation ensuring that IR35 and successor legislation was effective.

There was also the ‘Atlantic’ case that dealt with IR35 issues but that was mainly about the ‘settlement’ legislation whereby spouses could transfer assets to each other and thus, by inference the dividend income arising on those assets (shares in service companies) and in this way make use of their spouses lower rates of tax.

HMRC ultimately lost the Atlantic case but the loss was not about IR35 even though there are many who think this is so.

I bet Em is going to ban us as we are soooo boring! grin

But, Amen to the above!

yeah i didn’t mean it didn’t exist, i just think the government has stopped taking people to court and will just up the fines and increase the admin to be involved in any IR35 activity

egif you dont hold proper records 10k fine !

but anyway with government cut backs maybe the IR35 dept will be shut down hehe, it doesn’t affect me anyway but im invovled in teh industry and hear all the stories,

never been audited by HMRC but know people who have and they are scared sht1tless hehe but most turn out ok

having An crazy odd time with women at the moment, got dumped the other week totally nto my fault but thats a long story, an old flame turned up so see her next week, an ex is still ignoring me although that was alwyas a long shot, went to a dating event yesterday which was really good and im now working 6 days a week, so defo in need of a trip to LMP sometime soon

maybe they will have a grand re-opening….? 10 ladies 15 guys please smile
